Kingston and Cadogan start for Cork as Limerick name an unchanged lineup

Team news is in. Two changes for Cork and none for Limerick.

The eagerly anticipated team news is in for the All Ireland SHC final this weekend. Cork make two changes to their starting lineup while Limerick are steady as she goes naming an unchanged.

Eoin Cadogan comes in at wing back after coming on for Cork in the All Ireland semi-final. An expected move given the circumstances to Cadogan’s introduction last time out.

The big question was whether Shane Kingston would get the nod given his superb cameo off the bench against Kilkenny? The answer is Kingston starts as Shane Barrett moves to the bench.

It was hard not to start Kingston given his form in the semi-final but Cork’s intentions was clear. Look to start strong with their optimal lineup and look to put Limerick under pressure early.

Steady as she goes for Limerick as John Kiely and management name the same side that started against Waterford in the All Ireland semi-final.

Barry Nash and Diarmuid Byrnes are fit and ready to go after fitness concerns post the semi-final win were closed out last week along with the red card rescinded for Peter Casey. Team selection was expected.

The All Ireland final is upon us. Cool heads, massive composure in the veins required for Limerick and Cork teams on Sunday.

Intriguing tactical battle to ensue. Will Limerick deploy a three man midfield? Will Cork look to target Declan Hannon at half-back?

With ideal weather conditions forecast, both sides have no excuse in producing their best form. Sit back and relax if you can. All to be revealed shortly after 5:30pm Sunday! Extra time anybody?
